Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of Our Platform

Welcome to ulti77. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and ulti77 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the ulti77 website located at https://ulti77.cam and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our customer support to close your account.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to create an Account or use the Platform. ulti77 strictly enforces this age restriction. By registering, you warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Our services are intended for players residing in Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia when accessing the Platform and placing bets. You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. You are not permitted to use the Platform if you have been diagnosed with a gambling addiction, are subject to voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion, or are otherwise legally prohibited from gambling.
Self-Exclusion: If you have previously self-excluded from ulti77 or any other gambling platform, you must not create a new Account. Circumventing self-exclusion is a serious violation and will result in permanent ban and fund forfeiture.
To use the Platform, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred payment method. You may only create one (1) Account per person. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts created using false information are strictly prohibited and will be closed immediately.
In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and our licensing requirements, you must complete the KYC verification process before making your first withdrawal. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and potentially proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify ulti77 of any unauthorized access or security breach. You are liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse bonuses, or if we reasonably suspect illegal activity. Upon termination, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges.
ulti77 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 unless otherwise specified for specific promotions.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. In rare cases, technical issues or bank processing delays may cause delays. If your deposit does not appear within thirty (30) minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and are your own funds. You are not depositing funds on behalf of a third party. We reserve the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation at any time.
Note: ulti77 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching the name on your ulti77 Account. We do not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri bank transfers typically process within 3-5 minutes during business hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 WIB) and up to 15 minutes outside business hours. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are usually instant to 2 minutes. VIP tier members receive priority processing. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on your account tier, ranging from Rp 50,000,000 for standard accounts to Rp 200,000,000 or higher for VIP accounts.
We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or unusual patterns. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is suspected fraud, bonus abuse, breach of Terms, or incomplete KYC documentation. If you have an active bonus, you must complete the associated wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.
ulti77 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and rewards including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are provided at the time of offer and must be carefully reviewed before acceptance.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements), typically ranging from 15x to 30x the bonus amount. This means you must wager the specified multiple before bonus funds become withdrawable. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically count 100%, while table games may count 10-20%. Specific contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms.
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion with other players, exploiting software errors, irregular betting patterns designed to clear wagering with minimal risk, or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system. Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account closure.
Bonus funds are kept separate from your real cash balance. When placing bets, real funds are used first before bonus funds. Winnings from bonus bets are credited as bonus funds until wagering requirements are met, at which point they convert to withdrawable cash.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are possible. You agree to bet only with funds you can afford to lose and to use our responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion if needed. ulti77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing resources for players who may be experiencing gambling-related problems.
All games operate according to their published rules, RTP percentages, and paytables. You are responsible for understanding game rules before playing. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected bets and payouts are void. We will investigate such incidents and credit or refund affected bets as appropriate.
For sports betting, odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets, particularly on events where we suspect manipulation or irregular betting patterns. Settlement of bets follows official results from the relevant sports governing body. We are not liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including internet outages, server failures, or third-party service disruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds you have deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Games on the Platform are provided by third-party software providers. While we partner only with reputable, licensed providers, we do not warrant the performance, fairness, or error-free operation of third-party games beyond the certifications provided by the game manufacturers and independent testing agencies.
All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, software, game content, and trademarks are the property of ulti77 or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you consent to our data processing practices as described in the Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no online transmission is 100% secure.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We commit to investigating and responding to complaints within seven (7) business days. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may escalate your complaint by submitting a formal written complaint via email to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Include your account details, description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. We will investigate and provide a written response within fourteen (14) business days.
ulti77's decision on complaints is final and binding. By accepting these Terms, you waive any right to class action participation and agree to resolve disputes individually.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ulti77 holds its operating license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. However, we reserve the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform notification. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and ulti77 and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. ulti77 may assign these Terms to any affiliated entity or successor.
